New Features in WCMS FirstSpirit
We have developed new features for you!

We have developed new features for you!
In the footer of FS websites and in the contact section on personal pages, two new social media platforms including icons are now available — Mastodon and Bluesky can now also be selected and linked!
In the header of home and overview pages, an image slider can now be displayed in addition to a single image.
Persons, news, and events are now filtered in the data source editor by the websites on which they appear. This helps you keep an overview more easily!
In FirstSpirit, a new paragraph module for important announcements is now available. From now on, you can create a prominent, specially highlighted notice for urgent announcements on all page types!
From now on, up to three websites can be specified or linked for a person in the person contact data of the "Person Contacts" data source!
Project administrators can now exclude selected pages of a website in FirstSpirit from being indexed by search engines!
The "3-Column Teaser" module on overview pages now allows for a flexible number of teasers!
In the paragraph module "Large Image," flexible images for screenshots or similar can now also be displayed in their original resolution.
The display of anchor links is now also possible on person pages!
Person images are now also displayed in the person detail page and in person overviews of the "business card" type in the mobile view for smartphones and similar devices!
Do you have an idea or suggestion for improving FirstSpirit?
First, discuss the suggestion with your project administrator.
Then, either the project administrator can send us your suggestion, or you can send it yourself using the feature request form.
Please note:
We are happy to receive your change requests and feature requests. However, there is no guarantee that they will be implemented, as any changes and developments must always be considered holistically. Based on internal evaluation criteria, e.g., technical feasibility, compatibility with LMU corporate identity, etc., Department VI.5 decides on the priority and implementation.
Details on the evaluation criteria will be available shortly in the WCMS Wiki.
We are also unable to provide any information about the status of your feature request or the development timeframe, if applicable.
Therefore, please refrain from inquiring about your feature request.
Thank you for your understanding.
